is indeed 1 to 1.5 mbps ,!!. the only reason why it reaches the 20mbps or what because it hangs the test and the speed accumulates for moment.. just look at the loading wen he open a page..!! it is not that faster :)

speed meter cannot read i real speed because of unstable bandwidth which cause it to hang for a moment and getting false reading..

and other thing. max speed of the HSDPA modem is 7.2mbps. no way he can pass than 7.2mbps...
