I agree that writing is a great way of healing. My aunt passed away few years ago and I never noticed how much I had blocked out from her memory and from the grieving process till I started writing last summer. It's not easy!! but it helps alot, I'm beginning to see things differently now.
Writing is a great way to heal, and I can't imagine a better way to dig inside to know how you feel.
I really have come to love your blog/vlog! I look forward to see how you are doing every couple of days. You really teach me alot...its like my own little therapy session. Thanks.
