Joker is Still alive He put this song to fuck with Batman He faked his death so he can make a dramatic entrance from a movie theather that later on blew up then they ended up in ru's al ghul's pit and you saw him lick the cure it just took a while on him and i know you guys are going to say but it worked instantly on batman thats because earlier in the game he drank demon blood also medicine works differently on other people and come on im pretty sure they wouldnt let joker die after this
