Ok, I'll explain, Tribesnext(dot)com is like an alternate master server for tribes 2, everyone who used to play old school when vivendi still had master server up plays here, now. So when u go to tribesnext go to the download section and press full game ( 531 mb ) I think. Once the game is fully installed and running go back to tribesnext, and go back to the download section and download the online patch. Once you've downloaded it, right-click on you'r tribes 2 shortcut and click properties,

and then >GameData>Base and put the patch in there then double-click on the patch and click agree to everything and let it install when it's done go to ur Tribes 2 Online shortcut not Solo and Lan then when ur on the Online shortcut click create account it takes a second or two to generate a key, then create ur user name and password and ur set, I play on *^TheSeWeR^* my handle is BigMac. You can do disk jumps on T2 but it is not as easy as on the T1. You easily shoot yourself or you miss the timing.

That was the biggest failure for T2, to have too deep learning curve even for T1 pro's. :-(

Fusor jumps? It's called a disc jump and it was invented way before Tribes: AA. This is Tribes 2 Base Mod and disc jumping is completely pointless due to the fact that you took a lot of damage and would not gain any kind of momentum from it.
