My daughter has type 1 diabetes and I have been following Dr, Faustman's work. I know that you are participating in the human phase 1 trials. I was wondering how that is going for you? I know that they have only just completely phase 1 which involves immunology, but how has it gone? I'm so curious!
type 1 diabetes is genetic and is theorized to have been at least partially environmentally brought on but you cannot change your genetics that isn't to say that it isn't possible but at the current time to make changes to your DNA as an adult or even child in a large scale is simple impossible. There also cannot exist a cure for cancer as it is simply a mutation of cells that continue to reproduce and do not carry out normal function, treatment maybe; cure no. "Life's a b***h then you die."
However, having said that I do not mean to be "let's not care about the diabetics, there all going to die," I don't mean that by any means my dad's a diabetic, my brothers a diabetic, my kids have a 50% chance at getting it but I dodged the diabetic bullet. Another theory is that the diabetic trait may also be brought upon, or activated, by a virus or living pattern. Your video also scares me.
ya know! diabeties always gets ignored in some ways look at the 3 most illness
