@str8mobbn1 Yes, that hammer is a -Lethal Weapon-.Theres an easier way if you want to defeat Shao Kahn,use a -Tag Team- you will receive the trophy too.Good Luck!!

Even cheesier way is to set the timer to 30 seconds with one round win. Play tag team mode with Liu Kang and Raiden, do as much damage to him as possible with the first character and then with about 5 seconds on the clock switch to the second character with full health. You win by time out as you have more health.

When you get to Shao Khan use Liu Kang's fireball and Raiden's lightning bolt to keep him at a distance. Its actually quite easy as well.

I've done this with Sheeva+Noob (Tag Team). Took me 2 tries. First one i got Shao Khan to 5% of his HP left and he destroyed me :) on second try i got him almost flawless

Actually to make a better suggestion on this combo and the effectiveness of it. Don't do the uppercut, it gives you a total of 15% damage. When you get to the point where he does the uppercut, instead, jump and do the air grab, this deals 19% damage. Thanks for the idea though. I hope my idea helps others also.

i did it from the first time,,this was very easy,,,just choose Sheeva and Kratos,, just do the jump stomp all the game,, against Sho khan,, Sheva could be dead,, now it's Kratos turn,, just do his arrows,, enjoy the trophy ,,, gd luck ^_^

@BlackIce620 I shouldn't say it's bs. I just can't get Sheeva's teleport stomp to work out right. I have difficulties with the Scorpion combo. At the point after you jump and hit with square or triangle and follow it up with away/back and triangle. I can't seem to land the away and triangle move. I'm always to late. Any tips on the timing?

If you are fighting Mileena or Ermac in the ladder while attempting this, you may as well restart immediately. I use Noob's shadow tackle and Smokes Teleport

My sure way of beating Goro is just jump punch uppercut, jump over him and repeat. almost make it with a flawless until somewhere he catches me with a few punches, but it's already over for him anyway. Kintaro...thank god for timers.

if you get raiden, sheeva or kratos you might as well kiss good bye to this trophy.

raiden spams the fly move, sheeva spams jump move and kratos spams gods rage move

thanks for help i just beat single ladder on medium with skorpion so this is easier than another character. But this trophy should be a silver, arcade champion is a silver but that takes more time than skill since u can put easy difficulty and this is more skill.

In order for this spam to work, you still need to get pretty damn lucky. I tried this about a week ago, and just like it shows in the video, Scorpion repeatedly overshot the blow, leaving me open to dash attacks and ass rapings from that damn hammer. I still ended up beating him with Scorpion, legitimately, but it was a pain in the ass.

I got the achievement first try by using sub-zero. If you can land one of the jump punches go into the y,x,y combo then freeze them in mid-air then follow up with y,x into ice slide.

To everyone who's still trying this. Do the Arcade Tag Ladder with Scorpion and Sheeva. Follow the strategy in this video until Scorpion dies. Use Sheeva's stomp move (Down, Up) repeatedly to finish anything remaining.

Using this strategy when you get to the final fights (Shang Tsung, Goro, Shao Kahn) you have the advantage of two characters. Gives more room for making mistakes.

I made it all the way to Shao Kahn using this strategy but he still killed me =( I'm going to try again tomorrow!

@Colest503 Lol it helps to also jump over him and do a overhead and duck upercut. thats usually my strategy when facing shao kahn and other cheap bosses if the option to spam moves is not avaiable.

Doesn't the difficulty have to expert?? Why did you write to 1994cfc and said you did it in the lowest difficulty?? The trophy description says thet you have to complete the ladder on max difficulty without any continues... I'm confused..
