You've got INCREDIBLE talent with your instrument, and it's good to see somebody who actually uses their gift. If you had a chance to professionally record this in a studio, it would be simply incredible. The only thing that could be fixed is that the vocals are drowned out, but I was thoroughly impressed by the guitar in itself. Deffinatly good at guitar ill give you that.... but nowhere near as good as the orginal... rise against are known for the simpleness throwing a huge guitar solo over it kills the overall effect of the song and sub-consciencely kills the message they are playing.... but other den dat sick guitar skills dudes.... keep rockin...

Thanks for the compliments, I really appreciate them. I think you make a valid point but consider this. This fairly simple song inspired me to be complex, so the message behind the song can't be limited to being communicated through simple playing. I feel that what happens subconciously when we hear music is unique to the individual and as such I can't "kill" the message with my style of play, because I the song's meaning is given new life whenever we reinterpret it from our own perspectives.
