i got an action replay cheat and it made a weird track off of luigi circuit.

This isn't a prize course, It's a Hack you can get off of Action Replay. noobcake :p

dude...he hacked it...hes playing on the course shown when you get a trophy, which is the prize course...notice the confetti? its untextured figure 8 circuit, but its still the course shown when you win, so its not an action replay code.

Yes, it is. They called it the "Prize Course" in beta. But they decided to make it Figure 8 Circuit.
