I had a similar incident where the costa mesa police tried to intimidate me. Nothing gets done about it. These guys think they are above the law.

The press conference was more than 5:43 minutes and I try and keep the Barbara's Bits to no more than 6 minutes . I edited in only factual information the witnesses shared at the press conference. Yes one witness did say within hours the signs were missing, but it was conjecture that the police took them down, not factual since there were no witnesses to the sign removal.

If you are being intimidated by the police of a certain city, who do you call to report this intimidation? The signs were put up in the middle of the day. Police drove by not once, not twice, but three times with an officer apparently taking pictures. If this is not intimidation, then what is it?

Intimidation of people acting on their first amendment rights is not the police's job. In fact, if the police do this, they are breaking the law by not upholding the people's first amendment right in the first place

I believe that Barbara Venezia has not shown the complete video from the interview. One of the missing pieces is: She edited the tape in such a way as to leave out a critical piece of information given by the witnesses; within hours of the sign placement all 8 signs were taken.
