No matter how ridiculous it is,I got to give these guys credit. They do nothing. BUy a short sell or foreclosure. Do the standard granite countertop cherry kitchen, wood floors, etc. Pay for cheap labor and resell. Wow what a genius. LOL

You do a really good job with your cosmetic flips. Have you ever done a home that needed structural and floor plan changes? Have you ever had to make some repairs?

Thanks, a typical project will consist of bathrooms and kitchen remodel work (ie, countertops, flooring, showers). Since most of the flips I do are built after 1995 and the fact I want to turn them fast, I dont do major structural renovation.
