I have to say this. I recently went on the March for Life. We are known as the "white hats" on the March. But anyways, on the way back, during "testimony-time" the priest on our bus said the following to the bus of predominately teenage girls (excluding 6 guys) with tears in his eyes (and he isn't an emotional guy): "You are beautiful... [repeated several times]" he then told us to be non-conformists and (get this) that "I WOULD DIE FOR YOU"! THAT is a MAN!

@yesway112 A Formation Program is simply a program dedicated to the formation of seminarians (i.e. so that as priests, they'll have a balanced lifestyle in order to effectively serve the people of God). It typically entails 4 pillars of formation: Human, Spiritual, Intellectual, and Pastoral. For details on these 4 Pillars and formation in general, I recommend consulting the 5th edition of the "Program for Priestly Formation" written by the USCCB. I think you can get it for free online.

@AHiMomProduction - Technically we're not seminarians, but we're in a discernment/formation program that some dioceses would accept in lieu of minor seminary (the undergrad stage of seminary).
