Hopefully there, I can start incorporating exercise back into my life- I really want to stay a plus size diva, so I'm thinking... a size 14. You look GREAT btw- keep at it if this is what you want for yourself!

  • Some days you don't feel as into it as others.. it is a lot of work to pack a lunch and change all of your habits at once that people do experience burnout. Even if one or two things slip they are only slips and not complete derailments. Just keep at it and these new things will just become part of who you are now, not who you were.

  • I understand what your feeling, I to have felt this before, I had to talk to a Professional (My Doctor) He understood.

    I hope you find your way.. It is not easy. You can do this!!! Have faith!!

  • We all go through that sometimes. I have those days/weeks too. The motivation comes back you just have to be patient.

  • You can't do this by feelings... you have to put those feelings aside and do the work, unfortunetly losing weight is hard work. Look at it this way, you may not feel like going to work some days, but you gotta do it right? Hang in there... just work your program and make it important, very important cuz if you don't make it important now, it will be harder later. Much much harder. It is worth it, you are worth living a healthy life. So go for it nothing will make it easy. hang in there

    i use "doctor's scale" healthometer i got from wal-mart for $40. it was the only one my local walmart had that also tells body fat and hydration and bmi, but i know there are other ones too.

  • This week I am also in a rut. I just want to eat whatever and not do anything. I cant explain it. I've even been getting angry that I cant just so what I want and that I have to work for it. haha

    Hopefully we both find our way.

    You CAN do it. You just have to not over think and just DO it. You can win. :)

  • the more time you let go by without working out or packing a healthy lunch the more you are going to break that pattern you worked so hard to set for yourself. i've done it to myself so many times. i just slip a couple of days, than a week, than another week and than....zip.
