@eastendthug360 No it isn't, try looking up information on Australia's Haarp. It was broadcasting during this storm, and Australia has lost power with no acknowledgement 2+ times recently.
@eastendthug360 And the regular tornado has the power to evaporate water as it glides along the surface? I'm sure the rainbow around it is just from the mist and light, but did you see a weather prediction on the news?
@MattsDesigns42 If it's a true water spout it's not coming down from the clouds, it's being sucked up into the spout. There have been times when a water spout has made landfall and has actually dropped fish on land. It's the same type of convection only on a smaller scale say of a super cell that produces a tornado. Also bow echo storms can spawn "spin off" twisters as well, which this one looks like. Would have to see radar sig to know for sure.
It's not haarp, waterspouts are not uncommon.

it is a tornado... its just when they're in the water they're called 'Spouts' and if its made of Fire they're called a 'Whirl'
they're all a part of the category of "whirlwinds" depending on how severe they are or their makeup they're given different names

@tr0n001 Its actually water shooting down from the clouds. Not being "evapourated" from the surface of the water.
