  • agentbobbarker - The statement "100% raw only a belt" is a contradiction, right? The belt helps you do more weight. Period. Ya wanna say ya did the lift raw, don't use the belt. Powerlifting is a joke now with all of the equipment, just look at bench press shirts. Lifters are red-lighted because they COULDN'T touch the bar to their chests. If you were used to ridiculous equipment like a bench shirt then, yes a belt would seem like you were doing it raw, but the belt is still helping you.

  • I don't give a shit about the steroid arguement...but a 500 front squat is not something any joe can do after a few years of lifting and eating right...very few people in the world can do this. it's called genetics.

    i went from back-squatting 135 to 400 in 9months for 8-10reps... i dont see why what this guy is doing isnt achievable with a few more years.... 400-500 is hard and even more so front squat... but it comes down to training and eating properly

  • no offense kid, but I watched your videos, and you have no place putting in your 2 cents about feats of strength. look up 500+ front squat vids(parallel) on the internet. you will come back with very few results.

  • @Cambria2007 i know for a fact more than a 'few' people in "THE WORLD" can do a front squat at 500 lbs. theres a guy in my gym who front squats 405 for 10 reps... i've never seen him max but i'm sure he can max around 500. and yes, clearly i'm not a strongman or very strong compared to many, but i do know that with hardwork and years of training, this is attainable.

  • Anybody who says this is steroid use is a fucking moron, I won't say it's easy to squat 500lbs but if you put your mind to lifting you will eventually get there. Back in high school the linebackers would usually squat around 550 just to put it in perspective.

  • What's so impressive about being able to lift a lot of weight? It's useless outside of the gym. I can still pull more birds than you, I bet.

  • Youtube is FULL of Bull Shitters - this guy had a decent set of depth, slight knee movement but really it was fractional and therefore near-perfect form. At 15 doing 150kgs i can almost guarantee you won't be performing proper form, not to mention the front squat is much more difficult than the bog squat which is almost certainly what you're doing. Why lie? this is a goo squat.

  • You are strong, but ptofan88 is right. 100% raw means no belt either. Ask any seasoned olympic weightlifter.

    i compete in competitions actually i only compete in RAw only so belts are allowed

  • @ws5926 RAW means your RAW power. A belt gives you support to stop an injury, as do wraps.

  • watch the knees booing so inward, but great squat. To avoid that knees coming in so much don't have feet so out. This is impressive though my front squat is only 405 right now, hard exercise very demanding on the front part of legs and the core especially.
