I think when it said "U.N *Japanese gahooplahblah*", it was talking about one of the songs from the game, I think.

It is a song called "U.N Owen Was Her?" that most people recognize from the Nico Nico Douga McDonald videos.

At the end, Luigi begs for forgiveness, and when you press the switch, he's like "by the way, don't press that switch, it OH GOD WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!" So I'm pretty sure you can skip the switch, but I don't know if that does anything.

The last level is Afterword, and they just congratulate you for being really good at Mario hacks and not giving up. The last message concerns either the UN Owen music or the level, but I'm not sure exactly what about them.
