@ roughly 7 seconds you see the planes rate of decent increase dramatically, i think this is a stall and he recovered by dumping full thrust and pulling up.
it could be that he knew he was coming in to low, by then the rear of the aircraft would not have dropped. the reason the rear dropped in the stall is the centre of gravity is towards the rear of the plane, hence the canards being parallel to the horizon to keep the front end down.
