pardon me, but earlier in the movie it said that the probibibility of being rescued from being launched into space is the same number as a phone number, so it's a 10 digit number, this says that the chances of two nuclear missiles turning into a whale and a bowl of petunias is 8,767,128 to 1, that means that it's more likely for a nuke to turn into a whale then you being rescued from space, i really don't think that's right

But, if we are gonna pay a lot of atention to the numbers, I think is right..simply because the extension of the universe tends to infinite. In a infinite space the chance of being picked up by a ship in only 30 seconds compared to the chance of 2 nuclear misiles...well..you get my point
