@XBlAcKeAgLe007X Its sort of like a little glitch, the claymore comes out faster the second time, notice how in the biggining of everyround he pulls it out then switches it for the pistol, thats because if he gets in a situation where he needs the claymore fast, he wil be able to pull it out faster the second time.

@Mrkyle413 Because the claymore pulls out faster the second time you whip it out. It can really make a difference if you need to place it in a hurry. You do it at the start of the round anyway, so it doesn't really have any negative effect.
