It was not a CAT 3 it was a CAT 2 with a storm surge of a 4 I know I live in the area hit. and Galveston and Houston is not a metroplex the only metro plex in Texas is DFW Dallas - Fort worth...

By the way it also hit Orange,Bridge City,Beaumont, Lumberton, Sabine Pass, Winnie, Sea Breeze ,Bolivar and so many others

Please do not forget about us also because not all those pictures are of just galveston and houston

I know it was a 2, "one mile per hour" short of a category 3 with a surge of a category 4. I did not have pictures of the rest of Beaumont and the "Golden Triangle Area". When I get them, I will make a montage for them too. The smaller towns get no love because of the larger towns with more of a population. Thanks for your comments.
