well, they could have not deleted that scene, at least that way we would have understood why Lex offered to help her to go to Paris and gave her a ride to the airport when Clark couldn't...

it is really shame to delete the scenes that would have given more appreciation to Lana, who turned into a guardian angel to Clark later on, spared many haters 4 bashing her...

Just watch the whole serie from season one and up after. then you know!

and your right. Lex is doing nothing but being nice (though having some dark sides and issues) in the first two seasons.

Then comes some eksperiences that would be enough to give anyone trauma for life and a spykologi break down. everything just goes wrong from there on. and such a post traumatic childhood as he had just ads it up. seriusly the kid had way before he even lost his hair!
