The RPM was designed to be the crossover between the REV and FUEL. It unhooks and loops better than a REV (sits further ahead and turns a bit more like a C when configured to do so), but has a bit more low-end and shut-off than a FUEL. Overall, it's just a little more of an all around kite than the straight up, hardcore, freestyle oriented FUEL!
