I have given up on getting any benefits from WCB aAlberta - they have the legislation rigged in their favor - 10 years no progress. I have decided to extract my pound of flesh from these corrupt "Medical Consultants" I have been encouraging people to go to RATEMDs to rate these so called medical proffessionals who write disparaging reports about injured workers for a fee - Telling the truth about them will ensure that the WCB is their only source of Income - just like the rest of us.

workers compensation in Canada is medical fraud, insurance racketeering; Injured Canadians are literally being dicriminated, and harassed. due to suffering work injuries; I need an operation that is $55,000 dollars and wcb sask is dening me help; This operation is only a 1 hr surgery, and could possible relieve my severe chronic pain; 4 ortho surgeons and 3 neurosurgeons in sask failed for 5 yesrs to diagnose this injury; in 2006 i suspected this injury and wcb denyed me the test to diagnose!

I needed major back surgery due to my work accident and had to use the health care system to get the surgery. 1 year 5 months later my 2 herniated discs in my lower spine were accepted by WCAT , now 6 months later I wait for a denial letter from Worksafe B.C...

Me again. Are you going to form a group because I want to join? The employer works with WorkSafe, WorkSafe with the employer, and both work with Disabiltiy Insurance groups.

I am at the point of demanding justice or letting them know if I do not get a just settlement, and my employer found liable for fraud, I WILL get revenge if I cannot get justice in this system. Let them take that THREAt TO WHATEVER COURT THEY WANT AND THEN THEY will be exposed.

Yes, these appeals eat up all your time an energy; and it is incredible the amount of appeals you have going on all at once. Its amazing U are as together and organized as U appear to b. Wonder if we cud just set a day, place, and time and whoever can show up. Somewhere in Vancouver...even if it is just to btch at first it wud be OK.

On September 11/09 I got my decision letter from WCAT, ACCEPTED !!! There message was stop screaming 911and I have also won my last 2 reviews. Why did I have to fight so hard to get acceptance for my injuries ?? When I first started protesting 3 years ago I had 3 injuries accepted on my claim Now there are 15, how did they miss 12 major injuries ??

Worksafe B.C sent me pounds and pounds of paper work, also 8 data CD's full of information on my claim. I have 2 full file cabinets, the big ones plus about 4 boxes full of paper work.

I was keeping track but now its way to far out of control. PAPER WORK IS EVERYWHERE ..

There are many seriously injured across canada the reason why no one can help is because the changes that need to take place have occur straight from the top management. Your mla of bc will tell you they know what wcb is doing but they choose to do nothing for it would cost to much . Oh and WCB yes it is about money isnt it

WorkSafe B.C only thing in mind is to save money and make money. They are only there to push us back to work. I have just started my new job yesterday 4 hour a day 2 times a a week , I feel like shit but I do not want to deal with the board.

YES I think all seriously injured workers want to work, but our disability's prevent us from doing so. I fought for 4 years and finally they have now accepted all my conditions from my 28ft fall. WHY DID I HAVE TO KICK AND SCREAM ???

Is that correct when you said that once you go back to a job successfully that they do not put you in voc rehab again when something goes wrong like you get fired? what if your condition worsens or it takes you monthes before you give up trying to do your job from the ever increasing pain?

You get one kick at the can with voc rehab If you fail , shit out of luck is what I am told I have not yet ventured into voc rehab territory yet but about to try and go back to school for 7 years part time internet course at home. Funded by WorkSafe but my doctors think it is not the best idea and feel I will have a lot of problems related to memory and staying focused for long periods of time. What else due we due ?

I have to at least try and due something other than fight WorkSafe B.C

the board of govenors make the rules and they are made up of good due paying union members if you are getting money your better off then those of us that are getting nothing Every worker thats injured and cannot get help is a serously injured worker when you start saying we are

Seriously Injuerd Workers who suffer multiple trauma injuries are and should be in a different category when dealing with WorkSafe B.C. The laws regarding multiple permanent injuries are specifically for multiple work related injuries.. All injured workers are in need for proper care irregardless of injury or condition..
