@kobidobidog You were right up until "man's law is foolishness". The scripture specifically tells us to obey man's law, insofar as it does not conflict with the Scripture. Consider 1 Peter 2:13 "Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake" Laws against prostitution would also fall under 1 Corinthians 6:9, with respect to fornication.
