its in Zul'drak. Its the place with argent Crusade Marks... Its behind the Stupid guy in a road...

Behind The road is a flame and if you enter the flame you dont die but you see an army of Undead and crusaders etc...

Funny thing is, you CAN'T run out of quests in northrend. If you do the "Complete X ammount of quests in "zone"" in every zone, you can ding 80 in Zul'Drak or in Sholozar Basin.

Ya if you dont do it right you have a slight chance of running out of quests. What i find awesome is to do all of Borean Tundra..then go over to the undead side and then do all of dragonblight..then grizzly hills an then zuldrak---and then go from there..good rule of thumb..do the achievment quests..like grizzly hills has 85 quest for an achievment...do all of them you can till you get the achievment then move on..so far ive done that on two toon an never ran out :D

Nuc,i would say go through some dungeons,get ppl to summon you there cause those are usually the best places to lvl. for example howling fjord is a good place with the pretty the decent dungeon they have

For 71 Iwould suggest leveling TheWoWNuc at Dragonblight but I don't know how you only got to 71 in both Tundra and Fjord. I got to 75 before I left.
