  • I read 10 chapters of it in one day... and I'm not too fond of reading

  • @Gouldcooper , she made several suicide attempts. That was one

  • It's awesome that you got to read this for English class. The problem with schools today is they don't give the students anything they want to read. God forbid they should read something interesting like Kerouac, Bukowski, or Plath....

  • yep. I'd like to see some young people like these re-do this viceo after they've REALLY experienced depression, and can film themselves downing that bottle of pills in a truly BELIEVABLE way...hope they never can.

  • I'm intrigued to know if you actually read the book, since you didn't include some of the key themes and events of it.

  • Don't ever combine the words of one of the greatest writers of all time with a rap song....ever....ever....again. For God's sake....

  • WIN.

  • WHAT SONG IS THAT?!?!?

    please tell me!

  • i dont get it.

  • its so good

  • thank ypu

  • what's the song called?

  • Oh, Sylvia Plath, whose tragic suicide was misinterpreted as romantic by the schoolgirl mentality.

  • you should have added quotes to your comment, otherwise just come off as a repeating parrot without an original thought. Or just add Woody Allen's name to your comment.

  • Good point.

  • Not to mention the music. I thought maybe they could have played something more appropriate from the time frame of the book.

  • sup english 2H days...

    miss this stuff

  • sylvia plath =/= emo.

  • I don't think i would call her emo. She was dipressed and very upset with her life. Emo people just crave attention. She didnt. She just expressed herself in a different way.

  • =/= means does not equal! hahaha. sorry, my netspeak tends to be a lil ambiguous.

  • oh okay lol
