  • No olive oil..? Fail.

  • Your nails are pretty!

  • Love ur video, i actually tried just the coconut oil on my hair, n let me tell u it works wonders! Silky, shiny, strong, manegable, hair after a month of deep conditioning twice a week with it. But i will try it with avocado n yogurt. Thanx ;)

  • @sploozy true

  • i hope it's works;((

  • loved it!

  • This is a nice 'Band-aid" to put on dry hair but it is a myth that our hair "drinks up" anything. You said the avocado is "very nourishing for your hair and gives it the nutrients it needs". Our hair is dead cells and NOTHING you put on it brings it back to life. Putting conditioner ON it coats the shaft and makes it shiny and soft but it is still dead cells. Putting the avocado and yogurt INSIDE your body will do more for your hair and nails than putting it ON them...

  • YUM

  • is there anything which can make my hair grow longer?

  • @makeupalltheway you (hair salon) can trim your hair a little, that cuts off the split hair n help them to grow longer.it takes time tho.

  • @makeupalltheway: There is a naturopathic approach for hair loss / growth on my channel in the comment section.

  • do you have something for getting natural hair volume ,

  • whatever happened to olive oil? i heard that was awesome for your hair~

  • How do u know all of this stuff?!

  • gonna try this this weekend... can the coconut oil be replaced with almond oil??thanks

  • Very good videos..I like using Coconut Oil

on my skin. I use it Everyday like a lotion.

    I love it!

  • can i use the liquid coconut oil???

  • hii there.really luuv ur tutorials.they r truly helpful4 me...can i use anything else as a substitute to avacado?i m frm bangladesh n avacados r nt quite available here.hope i'l get ur response soon ...tk care...: ))

  • @Niharika817 Hi, well if you can find vitamin E capsules you can add the oil from that to this recipe instead of avocados but this wont give you all the benefits you will be getting from avocados. And if you can't find vitamin E capsules either you can just leave out the avocado it's just that the damage repair wont be as strong and effective and might take a bit more time. Hope that helped :)

  • @AllNatural28: The thing is that if you are already using coconut oil, adding vitamin E is a waste.

  • @Niharika817: Pure Organic Ghee.

  • How do you get rid of stretch marks ?! Or make them less visible :( ??

  • Hello I jusst happen to read you comment.

Please Watch my Video on: How to Remove Stretch marks.

    It works great.

  • does this work for all hair types ? :) btw i luv this video :)

  • Noo! I ran out of coconut oil for making cookies. :(

  • @SugarFreeTargets, LMAO. How cuteh <3

I'm sorry but that made me laugh :P

  • I rather use "cholesterol"! I wouldn't put those ingredients on my hair....just the thought of it makes me want to throw up! lol

  • your awesome!

  • for those of you asking you always wet your hair when doing any type of deep conditioning to help the mask penetrate your strands.... thumbs up if you think she sould do a vid on stretch mark removal!

  • @thaladeekay

I sell a stretch mark removal scrub and cream that I make at home from all-natural, organic ingredients. I've had three kids and recently lost some weight, and I can tell you that it definitely works! Its great stuff. :)

  • @carrissa1985 hi i was wondering wat ingredients did u use 2 get rid of them. lately ive been trying hard 2 get rid of mine with shea butter

  • Comment removed

  • @chanelleyful She butter is great for preventing stretch marks, but it doesn't work very well to eliminate existing ones. Search 'HerbanDoula' one Etsy (dot) com for more information about the stretch mark scrub and cream I use.

  • @thaladeekay: There is a naturopathic approach for stretch marks on my channel in the comment section. It should still be posted.

  • Love your tutorials!

  • but water and oil does not mix up.. so isnt it better to do this mask on dry hair instead of wet hair

  • @TheARay90 my guess would be that if your hair is wet your hair can take in the deep conditioner because your hairs pores are open just like when you take a shower the best time to moisturize your body is when your still wet not dry.you can do it on dry hair bt wet would be better an plus the 30 min leave in time gives it more time to be absorbed.using it on wet hair works for me best hope this helps even tho i didn make the video lol

  • what can i substitute for an avocado

and btw how bout a tutorial on frizzy hair tamers =) thank u so much bye

  • @AquaCatClaws maybe a banana?? that would be my guess.

  • @AquaCatClaws: You can use ghee butter instead of avocados. Also instead of yogurt use pure aloe gel from the plant and this will help with the frizz. Maybe in the future if we get enough requests from our subscribers we will design and post a naturopathic formula for frizzy hair on the Hevnawe channel.

  • How can I preserve this?

Should I just put it in the fridge?

  • HOW OFTEN CAN THIS TREATMENT BE DONE?

  • so easy . thanks =)

  • hey would know of any way to get rid of or fade stretch marks?

  • Could you just use avocado oil instead of the avocado and would it have the same benefits?

  • Comment removed

  • so would it be a bad idea if i put heat on it? or like sat in the sun

  • why wet hair? i thought oil and water doesn't mix therefore the oil will not penetrate

  • how long do you have to leave it in?

  • @IndhirainX 30 minutes

  • could i use flavored yogurt?

  • @cookieeeeeee7: No, if you use yogurt (not recommended), it must be plain unsweetened and organic. Otherwise the sugar and artificial flavoring will promote dryness and bacterial growth.
