    By non-geeky, I merely mean that you have the wealth of knowledge, and the generosity of spirit to share with others,without subjecting everyone to unpleasant language and unnecessary jargon.

    I had no clue as to the great differences between POP and IMAP.

    I believed I had to have POP because that's what my ISP provided.

    I set up Gmail for POP and kept my Outlook acc
