  • Kinda sad how you never hardly see the "middle-man" with the car he grew up with during High school.. The only people you at car shows nowadays are a bunch of millionaires, who have no past with their gorgeous machines... Kinda sad.

  • Nice Vette man, I'm a Ford guy, but that Vette is TUFF!- Perfect stance, sweet and clean, that car is a credit to your Dad! 5 stars!

  • Great video! nice present im sure he appreciated it, i met your dad at the Rolling Meadows Cruise a few years ago with my 62, real nice guy! hopefully we will see you guys at GLD, would be nice to line them up together!

  • Nice video. I love the nostalgic look of your Corvette. It makes me want to go cruising and relive my 20s. (1980s)

    Are you still racing it?

  • It's actually my dads car, i put the video together for his birthday a while back, but yeah he still has it, it hasn't been to the track since about 1994 though, the motor is about 19 years old and hasn't really been freshened up much except for main bearings a couple years ago..so a rebuild is the next thing on the agenda before he races it again.

  • Great Vid! Thanks for the post! My dad has a 62, 327/340. Hes had it for 20 years and is his pride and joy!. He has had several cars throughout the years but this one is probably going to be the last one for him.One of our best times was when we were at Sonoma and took it down the track together and filmed it...Was a great day ...Again Thanks and I wish your day many more good memories with his car..Giving him this vid as a present prob means so much..

  • awesome vid man

  • I respect people who race them about a million times more than the Bloomington Gold (yawn) crowd>

  • Too cool. Not many people can put together an interesting slide show about a cool vehicle they have owned for 35 years.

  • Neat video. Well done.

I wish I had pictures of my '62 from the 60s. But I still have it and still drag it. We hang out at Corvette Valley forum.
