Hey Drew - what settings did you use on the CX550V ? Manual or autofocus? scene? low or regular lux? Any AE or White shift? (I'm doing more tests of my focus problem)
@stevecrye I don't recall, I'm sorry. It was most likely in autofocus mode since the cam does a very good job in this situation. I might have used the twighlight/low light scene mode, but I don't recall, sorry.
This is really good. Beautiful framing, "action", color! Your motor-pan - how do you get it to go so slow? The ones I see from the catalogs don't come close to this slow a slew rate; on the forums people talk about custom-made units. I've got to work on a cheap or zero-cost way to get a smooth pan for time-lapse. Kudos and Bravo!
