I am totally Shocked!!

I heard many versions of Raglan Road. I love the song. Luke Kelly's version i love the most. And then i saw this girl. I can only say: she is an angel!! (or is she the female recarination of Luke?) What a voice.

The producers of the show lost a great chance to "discover" a superb talent, which is what every producer is looking for - to make a 'hit".

The girl definitely will go far. It is in a way a sad song. Well I wish the sadness had come through even more profoundly. Are we talking then about life experiences now? Anyway I adore this young lady with such a distinct character in her voice. I worked in the recording business before. I think I'd know a star when I see one.

Ireland's Got Talent - be ashamed! In a show that supposedly promoted talen Niamh was criticised for playing a guitar (talent) and was criticised for singing a song sung by Luke Kelly. Raglan Road, in terms of jazz, is a standard, a song to be attempted by all. And for this Niamh was criticised. Wake up; i have yet to find a version of this "standard" that comes anywhere close to Niamh's version. Her's is a talent to be nurtured, not condemned. Well done Niamh. No one can touch you.
