  • I am thinking of doing this ...do you go to the gym now that you have lost the weight

  • as long as I stay away from starch and sugar and stay at my bmr during p3, I maintain just fine

  • BORING

  • thank you :)

  • can't hear the vid. & I have the speakers all the way up.

  • Good info and video. keep it up.

  • why are people so lazy just go out and excersize. you could have used these 4:31 minutes for jumping rope :( this pisses me off. people rather hurt their body and use this junk as long as they can do it fast.

  • @23viktor23 thats not all it does, although i sorta agree with you. it also can help your sleep and helps your motabolism.

  • @icarenotreally you'll sleep better if you excersize more and if you eat 6 small meals a day your metabolic rate will be as high as can be. i rest my case.

  • @23viktor23

well, understand that some people actually have trouble loosing weight through exercise because their weight is due to genetics. Your comment is completley ignorant.

  • @MarileePons yeah well maybe your the ignorant one because i also talked about nutrition. abs are made in the kitchen, not on the track.

  • @23viktor23 oh im sorry...i didnt realize you were more informed than my doctor.

  • @MarileePons women often have that problem...

  • @23viktor23 you make no sense dumbass

  • @MarileePons snappy comeback

  • @23viktor23 That wasnt a comeback..it was a question concerning your logic but im glad you can read

  • Your goal is you need to eat food that fills you up, also, eating every 4-hours is good too, just smaller portions. Breakfast is the one meal you can go to town especially on PROTEIN, even a little fat is acceptable!!

The object is to eliminate those food-cravings/urges!!

As for exercising, DON'T exercise more than 15-minutes a day!( less is MORE) & (Too much equals less change)!!

  • Just so everyone knows, she didn't do it correctly. If she did it right, she wouldn't experience hunger and suffering the way she's saying she did. Do your research and take her videos with a grain of salt (if you can even believe her at all after full research).

  • @BuyThisStuff4Sale My mother did this exactly as the instructions suggested and consulted a doctor through the whole thing and the doctor assured her that hunger is perfectly normal within the first couple of weeks.

  • You were cut off when you said ''some interesting things I am going thu ''What was the remaining words?

  • I have done my research and I am very curious about this. I am going to do this for 7 to 9 days. I can't imagine doing this for 30 days. It seems like when people do this for a long period of time that they have so many issues. There is just some fat in areas that I am having difficulty losing. So let's see if this diet will make a dent in that.

  • @nicky02101 The HCG won't work if you do less than 21 days. That is how long it takes to reset your metabolism. you could use an 800 or 1000 cal protocol instead of a 500 cal protocol so you don't have some of side effects. This program really is for people who need to loose more than 25 lbs.

  • @nicky02101 yeah it works but it has serious side effects

  • @guzonjinsin88 yeah, my mom went through this and it sucks because you cannot eat that little of food forever, therefore you also gain weight after you stop

  • where can you buy and start this

  • I've lost twenty pounds in 17 days- the good news.(hcg drops) The bad news is that this morning I had a migraine with aura and confused speech. I have had a couple of these migraines in my life, but not for a couple of years and never had speech affected. This just plain scared me, so I'm staying on the 500 calories for three days then P3 so I don't gain back what I lost. I just don't know what else to do. It was a pretty scary experience. Lasted less than an hour. Anybody have any thoughts?

  • @octoberrose12 Wow.. I would suggest that you need to see a doctor.

  • This is useful information about weight loss side effects. Thanks for sharing this.

  • Oh hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it.

  • I did the pizza in P3. I love the tortillas with the flax. It makes the best pizza I think.

  • Amen, you have to be diligent. I don't have to be diligent every day, but most of the week. If I stay away from carbs at dinner, my weight stays in check the next morning. So, I reserve my carbs for breakfast and a little at lunch. AWWW, you got cut off!!

  • Great vlog Mary Beth! It cut off at the end---You'll have to post the rest--I'm hanging here;-) Congrats on the running races. 3 minutes off of 3 miles, wow! Awesome!

  • I know when I get to P4 that I will have to watch carbs as well. They trigger night time cravings for me, so I want to avoid that. U look great & its wonderful that u r running!! Hope u have given away all your clothes that are too big now!! U won't go back to wearing them again.

  • Twinma-454...Thanks for this VLOG! I 've found all your VLOGs so very helpful. In particular, your initial aversions to the tastes, foods, etc. were very much in-line with my situation. I'm currently on R1/P2/VLCD 6 (newbie). Good results so far (7 lbs released!), yet I'm still fighting emotional hunger. It's not too bad. Question: You mentioned that you take in approx. 2300-2500 calories/day. What's a typical day look like for you with regards to food?

  • Your so right about the lifestyle change. I'm at the end of P3 R2 and gonna have to do probably 3 or 4 more, but I've experimented a bit at this stage and I really have a time with carbs. But the good thing is I really don't have a problem/desire for fries/potatoes etc. Good job at making people aware that it's a great diet but it does'nt end with the weight loss. :)

  • good to see you and hear you are doing so well. Congrats on the new 5K record. I hope to follow in your footsteps soon! See you in February!
