  • Sir, Sorry just to make some suggestion since you are demonstrating red wines etiquette. You knew very well that red wines might have residues especially the vintage one. Then the way you open it is very wrong. You should leave the red wine bottle at the table. This is to avoid disturbing the residue and not moving around the bottle while opening the cork. Wine Sommilier's would agree with me on these. Wines have to be handled like an infant it has life and respected.

  • Hey guys, I found a bottle of Egri Bikaver bulls blood bottled in 1989 in my kitchen. Will it be any good?? unopened, still has the seal on it. if it would be, how can I store it to make sure it stays good??
