  • Hello, I want to know how long this process, I mean how long has to be on fire. Thank you very much for answering

  • Thank you for the video... I would say that you don"t have to remove the foam from the top as long as you drain it with a cheese cloth at the end when it's done.

  • to have less foam stir it gently

  • Thank you for the video. Ghee is wonderful! I use it daily. Also, I want to say that the Ancient Organics ghee you mentioned is by far the very best ghee I have ever tried.

  • Thanks for making this video, Frank! Wonderful! Haven't made ghee before, but going to do just that later today. Thanks for inspiring! You have such a beautiful and kind presence :) I really appreciate you!

  • Great video. I used to make ghee, but haven't recently since I can't find raw butter locally anymore (it's illegal to sell in Oregon).

  • @RoseCityPermaculture Doing this with pasteurised butter if you use it at all will make it much healthier anyway

  • Mmmm... ghee is so tasty and I also like to put it in my nose in the winter to counteract the dry air!

  • That is the most beautiful butter I have ever seen!

  • I love fats, especially saturated fats.
