simply being conscious of your existence & interacting with universe doesnt technically justify the thought of having "alien DNA". if you have any recollection of being visited, i'd consider that a sign. also, memory of visitation is often "hidden," or locked, as is the consciousness of dreams/astral body.

once "awake," consciously requesting visitation is a good idea, if you would like visitation. sleep is ideal time because of body paralysis & ease of information flow.
