Tough call from the video, but I find the damaged brick in porch columns is usually the patio slab dropping or drifting away from the house. 2nd story brick issue may be related but overall construction of the house appear poor. Good video and keep posting.
The inside view didn't help?Should be some related cracks on the inside walls...
