If you look at the numbers strictly, Lebron tops Kobe. Comparing their individual careers stats Lebron has higher FG %, rebounds, steals, blocks, AND ppg.
Also, if you compare the '09-'10 season thus far, Bryant only tops James in PPG and steals. I'd take Lebrons lower steals and ppg in return for more boards and assists.

kobe and lebron arent really comparable, except they both carry thier whole team. so, say one's better than the other but thres no way to prove it. personally I like them about equally, kobe seems more of a team player while lebron is just a monster, not to mention hes not a thug and remembers where he came from.

i read your message u bum, kobe takes 30 shots almost every game now and guess what his team loses...the lakers are a much better team when everyone gets the ball not just kobe, when one person gets the ball the defense will just shut him down and the rest of the team wont have the rhythm.

Heres a good example today he went 14 from 37 for only 32 points...the other day he was 10 for 30....i dont know how good u r in math but thats well below 40% and he has done this many times over the past month. If you look at the numbers strictly, Lebron tops Kobe. Comparing their individual careers stats Lebron has higher FG %, rebounds, steals, blocks, AND ppg.
Also, if you compare the '09-'10 season thus far, Bryant only tops James in PPG and steals. I'd take Lebrons lower steals and ppg in return for more boards and assists.
I'll agree that they're two different players though.
Google basketball reference for statistics instead of embarrassing yourself next time.

that bucks game was insane, he sometimes during games gets real hot and can shoot from anywhere basically, happened to me in high school once in a pickup game where i started by shooting 5/5 from 3's and some of them were like 5-6 feet behind the 3pt line so the other team just quit lol....good times. lebron just needs to work on his mid range game a bit more and take better shots instead of just chucking away 3's. He also needs to be more active when the balls not in his hands to get easy point

tcampbellla, so i'm guessing a lot of great shot blockers are receiving disability funds if you think blocking a shot out of bounds does nothing. First of all if a player's momentum is carrying them towards the baseline or what not i highly doubt he would be able to block it to the middle of the court, unless you are receiving disability funds then i would understand.

the purpose is to Demoralize the opponents!! if they're intimidated, they will be afraid to shoot even if lebron is meters away from them. Which usually leads to stopping the other team from scoring(shot clock violation) and it also fires up the crowd, and if ur a basketball fan u would notice that after these "lebron chase down blocks" his teammates became more intense and focus defensively too!!
