The opening of this has the British breaking the Enigma code with the aid of a stolen Enigma machine, a machine stolen by the Poles. What a load of horse manure. The Poles, with the aid of French spies in Germany, recreated the Enigma machine themselves. They built two of these copies and got them to England about a week before the invasion of Poland.
This is a strange understating of the Polish contribution to the breaking of Enigma. Why???
@fsffsa5325324 I rmember reading a geat book a few years ago called ""The Nazi Pope"", it is rather academic but not a pulp history. I highly recomend it for an interesting and a balanced view of those years.

The music is by Carl Davis, who also composed the original music for the series "The World at War". Good stuff!
