I have to disagree here. The track needed an ending. And for that I have to rank it the #2 best Ace Combat song, after Megalith -Agnus Dei- in #1. Megalith was different, it didn't need an ending. Thing is, if you watch the Ace Combat Zero trailer, it DOES have an ending, it just wasn't used in the game or put on the soundtrack for some ridiculous reason. I was never that huge of a fan of "The Unsung War," but it is a good track for sure.

That's kind of silly though, even if ZERO doesn't have an ending. I will agree that it kind of needed one; but Agnus Dei was too... 'quiet', so to speak. It didn't give me the same feeling as when I was playing Ace Combat 5.

What you said about the track is true, but alone I think it sounds pretty good. What if they played like Comona or Fire Youngman in the background? Would that be pleasing? Or maybe even the Farbanti music, or Rex Tremendae!

For this mission? No, it wouldn't fit at all. This battle is meant as a fight between wild eyed old friends, or as Pixy states "A couple of dogs like us". As people, they're rebellious in nature. And we all know that the Spanish are very 'wild and rebellious' people when it comes to certain things, but with a touch of good mannered elegance.
