Right lol? I don't know if you lived in tucson then, but like 10 years ago we had a storm that brought an inch or 2 of snow in the suburb area of tucson on easter. What are the chances of that happening here lol. Anyways by afternoon it was all melted, and it was probably 55 degrees out lol.
Beautiful! Was that right around Christmas? I remember a Christmas Eve snowfall in Sierra Vista, think it was 1987. I also remember it got really cold after that, with nighttime lows in the teens, frigid by desert standards!
I happened to be in Nogales that weekend, with only a few flurries and a record low temperature, and very suprised to hear that the snow had fallen in Tucson instead!
I remember. They actually let us out of class to play in it, because it was so rare for it to snow there. Within a few hours it had melted.
