Well since my computer is able to run at 100 fps solid, I have fraps set to 100 fps too so the recording is smooth.

Its a map made by nipper. You would need to download his map pack.

Yup. I needed a way to convert the raw video from fraps to something that I could use for youtube.

Yup. Its only fraps, believe it or not. It all depends on the way you configure it.
