The hoopa guys are tough kids but zero technique and less then zero Jiu Jitsu. I have been to several fights at Hoopa and have not seen one fighter I could not beat easily with just Jiu Jitsu alone

watch the beginning of the fight when your son shoots for that collar tie his opponent was severely off balance he should learn to sweep the outside leg and bring it to the mat. he couldve brought it to full mount much quicker and cleaner without eating up all those hits.

jui jitsu is all about speed strength and timing. Bjj is all about leverage, knowledge, and doing the most damage with the least energy, so it is effective regardless of size.

The hoopa guys are tough kids but zero technique and less then zero Jiu Jitsu. I have been to several fights at Hoopa and have not seen one fighter I could not beat easily with just Jiu Jitsu alone
