@TLK500 well my teenage life is almost over cause i'm about 2 b 20 so i am an adult but at the same time i'm still a teen i'm trying 2 take care of myself now i have a job i go 2 school & everything i'm happy 2 have my mom cause she takes care of me 24/7 & yes she does pisses me off alot cause she's VERY PROTECTIVE so protective that in fact she calls me at least 3-4 times a day while i'm @ school but it's cause i'm an only child & i do wish she lets go but hopefully she will when i start school

Solution for Candis, she needs to take up a full contact martial art like Boxing, MMA or Muay Thai. She can take out her aggression in a positive, safe environment while learning self control and discipline. I used to get into fist fights at school when I was a kid because I was bullied, that all changed when I started fighting in the ring. Now, I can walk away from fights with the peace of mind that I know how to defend myself. I have nothing to prove to those that want to pick a fight.

@H0tkebab I agree completely, I was bullied all though school for being a FTM Transsexual. I became the most angry and out of control child in the small town I live in. My parents put me in MMA and Systema Spetsnaz and in a few short months, my anger was under control because I was allowed to let it all out and learned how to control it. Also, I learned then that when I was trained, my punishment would be much more severe because I knew how to fight. These girls really should look into it.

This show as well as my own personal experiences has encouraged me to start up an out reach program (which has a strong moral foundation) for the bullied and bullies alike as well as the disabled, regardless of age, gender, race or religious background. I would love to be a MMA coach and help out people like the ones in this video and get them to focus on positive things such as competing. Fingers crossed that I'll have the honor of being able to do it.

I have learned it partly to give myself the chance to learn how to protect myself, and I think women get in a lot of trouble (e.g., rape) because they don't know how to do that. But I've wanted to learn other types, including boxing and kickboxing.
