The job of swallowing the eel started. Man that was something to watch i wished i had a camera with me but i had not so you have to use your imagination. He used is whole long neck stretching it and brought the snakelike in. For me it was both magical and informing for the road ahead of me was and is difficult but it can be done as was shown to me by the great Heron.
I myself saw one that had caught an eel now how the hell do you think you can swallow an eel was what i thought. But he did cause he is patient and has fluidity and so is flexible. He had thrown the eel on the pavement and stood next to it while it was twisting around on the ground and he just picked at it hard and stood and watched and picked again took it in it's great beak and when it twisted to much thrown the eel back and picked again until finally it wasn't twisting that much so then
Beautifull music very catching and i had to cry for i know myself about the challenges when operating on higher vibration. Let's say I just started i am a beginner in finding back the balance. He or she is surely great teacher. Just look at how he stands and you know what lies ahead of things. It's great to see others enjoying the Heron! Henry, our local great blue heron has been coming to our backyard for 7 years now! It all started when he visited our pond and ate all the fish! He comes to our backdoor most mornings for a snack of fish, hangs out with the chickens, squirrels, birds and a visiting duck! He always checks the pond, just in case! We have named him Henry! The blue heron was my totem animal for this year. I had a hard year at school with bullies and I was completely ostracized by my peers. I refused to break and be what they wanted me to be, a loser. But now I left and I'm happy. Funny thing is sometimes on my way to school I would see a blue heron wading in the river or flying overhead. (And that river is very polluted. He's the only heron I've ever seen in it.)
Blue Heron is beautiful and reminds us to reflect on the actions of others that have upset us, to determine their validity and keep our balance. Always looking at himself in the water's reflection, delving deep within to sort out the essence of self. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video!! And your definition of his medicine.

We have an almost symbiotic relationship, our thoughts are as one. I feel he represents all the best qualities of my character.

These birds are so graceful, but awkward as fuck when you get close to them.
