@whoajulie well hermes was pretty slow when we fought him in gow 3, (slow compared to ryu). Hermes can run pretty fast, but ryu moves so fast that the only vestige of what you see of him is a faint afterimage. Also the archdemons ryu kills are pretty much gods.

@MrShadeviperx well...in the game it doesn't exactly show it so you may defeat him, but in the real greek mythology, hermes flys over seas just by running. when he runs there is no way ryu would see him. he is the fastest guy in the world, a god as well. the messanger of Olympus and guide to the Underworld etc...
