not quite, alpina is aimed at comfort, so limo service type cars, ie aimed at mercedes, amg is mercs attempt at getting at bmw because bmw's are just superior handlers, m series are bmws on roids hence out of mercs leage handling wise, brabus is just pointless. putting power into cars that cant handle the power that they already have. Not to mention charging ridiculous prices for it. That brabus v12 2 coupe whatever it was is a perfect example, coz of mercs tc, it just doesnt work simple as that

OriginalAtomicSheep, I agree with everything you just said. Alpina is definitley NOT an answer to AMG, azzq doesn't know anything about this obviously. You're right about Brabus and what they do. The Sv12 is another example. They simply ruined the sl600 or sl65 (I forget which) by making it too powerful. AMG is what I back because I just love what they do for the Mercs. My fav is the SL65AMG and it will be the upcoming SL65AMG BLACK SERIES!
