no its not. Its a man in a suit. The glass plate and shoulders are at about 5'9, the perfect width for a guy to fit inside. The plate is also a one sided mirror. So u cant see whats inside it but the person can see u.Nasa and Honda havent even made a robot that has depth perception and can recogized colors on ppls clothes. I am convinced that this is a fake robot, though a sympathetical one. You can see a person fitting the suit. There is a reflective mirror on the person's eye heigth. The arms of the person fit in the suit as well, leaving room to control eg the robotic arms, head or whatever.

Having said that, it looks pretty convincing with all the sounds etcetera.

people please go to cyberstein's and read titans history....There are five different models of titan all with different levels of automation...Theres 2 diiferents types of robot's autonomous robots and remote-controlled robots (which is wat Titan is)..

Autonomous robots are programmed to understand their enviroment and take independent action base on the knowledge they posses....
