hm...Well I think I've mastered gan ning's play. His best weapon is his fourth and his best items are Tiger amulet Dragon amulet Peacock urn Elixer and Wind Scroll, but that's just my opinion. Great gameplay though dude Gan Ning ftw!

You can't unlock the 4th weapons without the original copy. You can probably find one on Ebay or something.

Also my advice to get the fourth weapons is to play the game on hard go to free mode and choose a battle that your character was very famous for.like lu bu=Hu lao gate Sun quan=hHe fei castle etc.

@theshadowofdarkneify It is just a personal preference. I like the Japanese voice acting better than the English voice acting.

As for the weapons, if you do not have the original copy, and only have the XL, then you can not obtain their 4th weapons. This is because the stage required to obtain these weapons are not in XL.
