@xXbmffxx It's an Incipio (can't remember the model?) but it's 2 pieces, 1 is rubber that wraps around it (rubber shows at the top of screen & around the home button) & the other piece is hard plastic that fits over the rubber. It protects the iPhone really well, but the rubber is annoying & flaps around when putting in or out of your pocket. If the rubber wasnt so flimsy it would be a good case. I use an InCase snap style now.

@TheBibleBeltAtheist try downloading Tiny Umbrella from thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot [.] com & use *Fix Recovery* or *Kick Device out of recovery. It should pop your device out & firstthing you should do is create a backup in iTunes so if your device is truly "bricked" & lose all data you can load it all back on a after a clean restore. Good luck

@skaterforlife1212 Your stuck on the iTunes/Boot logo loop. Maybe your device entered "Recovery" instead of "DFU"? Download Tiny Umbrella from thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot . com & use *exit recovery* or if that doesn't work use *Fix Recovery* (it takes awhile) monitor activity it the *Logs* tab. Sometimes it takes doing a Hard Reboot (shown in video) Jailbreaking is actually pretty cool, you just need the right tools & a little extra knowledge. Learning is good. Let me know if you need any help.

jailbroken, after jailbreak it worked fine but then I had to restore it! then I got that BlackScreen with no respond ,but Itunes can recognize it and I rly cant resotre 1013 ERROR!! plz help!

@TechzAddictz In TU make sure you go into advanced settings and uncheck the *Set to Cydia on close* then hit *Apply Changes*. this is preventing you from a restore with Apple. Usually you can connect to TU in DFU mode [black screen (TU *Log* tab will show as *DFU device detected*)] then click *Fix Recovery*. It takes awhile so be patient. Sometimes you need to Manually reboot (shown in this video) to kick out.

@steweywillrocku No, just reboots the device. Everyhting remains on the device. If that doesnt work, just use "Fix Recovery" or Tiny Umbrella software from Semaphore.

Guys, this happened to my dads Iphone and am glad i got it fixed as for this video, he was soo happy, thanks dude. I think this occur when there are too many application running on the device without us knowing about it. when i double tapped the square button, i saw all the applications running in background. Remember to close the applications that your not using because even the battery life fades due to this matter.

@ventilator98 That's why you should create a backup or encrypted backup in iTunes. Right click [or option+click] on your device in the side bar & select *Backup*. This will create a complete copy of everything on your iDevice, so after you restore to factory iOS when something like this happens you can "Restore from Backup" & get all your apps with progress, email, contacts, messages, settings, safari bookmarks, springboard pages & app placements, etc. all back to when you created the backup

You can also fix your iphone by tethering it if you have a jailbreak iphone. that what i did when my iphone froze and it work!
