  • @walkertexasranger33 The RCMP is pleased to provide factual information on the Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW) that makes up part of the tool kit used by trained officers.

The CEW was adopted in December of 2001 as another means to obtain compliance from resistant or combative subjects when police must arrest them. The tool allows police at such times to protect the public, and the subjects themselves, from harm.

  • my favorite movie is training day. It reminds me of how corrupt they are and has a great ending. actually i had a few wet dreams over the ending so it was an awesome ending. agree anyone?

  • Oh they had their stripes! That's a big troop accomplishment. I am excited for training!

  • @lastlineofdefence35 do you have any idea about training? what time they normally woke up @ morning? they have a chance to take a shower? and after the long day training they have a chance to use a computer to chat his/her family??

  • Steve Hiscoe is not just an RCMP hand to hand instructor he also owns a chain of Jujitsu schools I happen to be in one of them, its some good effective self defense.

  • the guy at 2:22 sounds just like me lol

  • This is very interesting, it would be really cool if they could show more computerized scenario training!

  • I thought they stopped carrying tazzers

  • @gohabsgo4321 noob this video is from 2008

  • @walkertexasranger33 dude we arent playing a video game so don't call me noob...

  • @gohabsgo4321 ure on the internet.. its free for all

  • @walkertexasranger33 yeah exactly you can be the biggest fag ever and you can still think your tough on the internet.

  • @gohabsgo4321 i say this shit in person.. so theres no difference to me.. you obviously think there is because you are a fake person

  • @gohabsgo4321 . No they dint , he law allowed hem to carry tazzers but with a smaller voltage

  • that looks so much fun! :D

  • I would like to see more actual practice, with individuals who are more aggressive and crazy as in reality, it makes me think better preparation

  • ahahahhaha i like the guy in the red suit EH.

  • a little bit of a loop hole in the canadian law. if you drank during the night and drive, make sure you have liquor in the car. if you get into an accident, and you know you'll get caught for drinking and driving, get out of the car and bring the liquor with you, sit on the side of the road and drink all the liquor. when the cops get there, tell them you were so dramaticed that you starting to drink aftre the accident, guess what...it works. you'll only be charged with drinking in public.

  • no its the Police for Canada on a national level..... i mean the big City's have police.

  • its like FBI at USA

  • Sorry you guys... I have abslutely NO respect for you, yet

I was brought up to resect the law.

You who wear the serge have completley changed my view.

  • Uniformed thugs, the whole bunch of them.

And no, I'v never broken the law. I always wonder how tough these guys are without their uniforms.

A thug is still a thug no matter what they wear.

  • do they practise tasering each other 7 times in succesion?

  • with the guy and the shovel its supposed to be 2 shots to the chest just saying... im not disrespecting the rcmp

  • Unbelievable. Training a mountie to strike an UNARMED man with a baton for CAUSING A DISTURBANCE. Excessive, pathetic & profoundly gutless. Makes me ashamed to have worn the uniform.

  • If thats so you never deserved to wear it in the the first place!

  • @memory853

you have worn the uniform? BULLSHIT

recite me the code of conduct that is MANDATORY for an RCMP officer to memorize.

you are a liar, and shouldnt be posting on an RCMP training video.

-Sgt. Walters, Second Division, Special Operations, RCMP

  • @SpA3tan code of conduct, leave the scene of the accident when your drunk , when in doubt use your tazer, dont waist time with beer drinking hockey fans just shoot em in the back of the head while in custody. summed up DENY, LIE, AND SERVE THE BADGE.

  • you probably had a bad experience with them....

If you or someone else would have obeyed the orders nothing bad would have happened ( in MOST of the cases) people only bitch when a friend or themselves got owned by a Officer for not listening. If they tell you to do something, you have to do it. They have the authority, not you.

  • @halflife103 what part did you miss? guess i didnt have a day like that 21 year old killed by a off duty rcmp drunk.

  • well i guess if you generalise the way you do you can become completely ignorant. Not every cop is like that! It's not hard to understand! well it could be hard if your an idiot.

  • @halflife103 only a miss dilusioned asshole would cover up the fact that the the public respect for the rcmp is at a all time low braidwood inquiry says they cant even investigate themselves. how many good cops can you find in that group? keep dreaming up excuses

  • obvioulsy i am dealing with a man who is too ignorant to see reason. i hope one day when you need help that these men and women look at you and just leave you. your logic is completely immature and juvenile. maybe once you grow up you will see reason. i guarantee you where i live our officers are nothing like the way you arrogantly project.

your are sticking to one fact, find something else before you reply, maybe then this conversation could be somewhat intelligent.

  • @halflife103 the way i project? im just qouting current examples of rcmp conduct, your the wannabe mountie but dont worry im sure they will lower there standards some more so that even you can join up.

  • what? just because i support the people who risk their lives to save others? i guess in your book that means dieing to save another.

  • @halflife103 that doesnt even make sense, guess they would have to lower the IQ for you if that low is possible?

  • I went thru the refresher training in Jan of this year and I wish it was something that had at Depot when I went thru in 95/96! It was a good time and we learned more up to date techniques and policies.

  • Looks like my dream job, the RCMP.

  • @folsom90 it's better 2 work bouncer dude!

  • Comment removed

  • yeahi cant wait either ever since i was little i wanna to become an rcmp, just one more year of high school for me

  • I'am applying for the RCMP next year, i can't wait!! I just hope I dont wait all that time and fail the recruiting process :( :)

  • thats what i wanna do but first i wanna join the Canadian Forces then go RCMP both are really good choices.

  • As soon as I will finish my college, I will attempt to become an RCMP member.

RCMP seems like a great environment to work in.

  • same here buddy

  • I want to be a regular member of the RCMP. I love everything the force stands for, and I want to be an integral piece of protecting our country.

  • @thegertkenator so do I only a few more years :) btw do you know if any previous experience in martial arts is regcognized?

  • @thegertkenator training day is the best way to specify how they operate. I am referring to the movie. It has a great outcome/ending and shows the true story of a pigs life. If you have not checked it out i should emphasize you should.

  • Rcmp is definately my goal. I am doing it for my people, my Kids and myself!

I respect what they do and definately wish to have that experience. It is the BEST career you could ever own!! "Beleive that!!"

    Haters are the weak!!!

  • * sigh *...

i wish i was in there position

being in the rcmp is my dream hopefully to come true

  • it is only a dream unless you work at it....train exercise eat right and most important keep your mind right and it will all come true i have recently just wrote my exam....i am very excited and hope the ending has a badge waiting for me :) good luck in the future
