I'm sorry but that is NOT Charles Manson in that sample; you can tell because it's obviously a movie sample and Charlie, as popular as he might be, hasn't been in any movies.

I don't know about it originally being a Kyuss song, but there isn't anything online that shows it to be them. I'll have to dig up my liner notes to confirm that though.
